We ask for 50% deposit when you sign our lease. If you need to cancel up to 30 days prior to your arrival date, we will keep 50% of the deposit. There will be no refund for any cancellation made within 30 days of your arrival.

Because the cottage is close to the road, we would advise that you think very carefully about renting Souvenir if you have small children. We always like to err on the side of caution. 

Although we love pets, we had some bad experiences in the past where we had  to repair or replace items due to damage from pets. So we no longer allow pets. Sorry!
